What is pressure washing?
Pressure washing is a process that removes loose debris and paint from residential or commercial structures. The procedure often results in paint chips scattering onto sidewalks and landscaping. While these chips are not harmful to plants, we make efforts to remove as much as possible. Many clients are often surprised by the volume of paint chips produced during this process.What brands do you use?
For both interior and exterior painting projects, our preferred brand is Sherwin-Williams. However, we are flexible and can accommodate our clients' preferences by using any paint brand they specify.Is there a deposit due when I start the job?
We require a 50% deposit after the preparation phase of the paintwork is completed. This initial payment assists in covering the costs of materials and labor. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the job, once you are fully satisfied with the results.Do you give free estimates?
We provide complimentary written estimates for all our projects. Once we have agreed on the price, we can proceed to schedule a start date for your painting job.What payment methods do you take?
We accept payments in the form of cash, checks, or Zelle transfers.Do you do stucco repair?
Prior to commencing work, we conduct a consultation to discuss necessary stucco repairs. We encourage clients to point out specific areas requiring attention. Our team ensures that all repairs match the existing texture of your residential or commercial property.Do you do drywall repair?
We offer drywall repair services for holes and damaged areas. These repairs are completed before we begin the painting process. We kindly request that you inform us of any areas needing special attention.Do you do carpet and furniture protection?
We utilize plastic sheeting to cover carpets and furniture, protecting them from paint overspray and potential damage. We recommend that clients remove small objects and decorative items before our arrival.Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, our company is fully licensed and insured for your peace of mind.Do you provide the paint or do I?
Our company supplies all the necessary paint for your project.
